One of the most interesting architectural buildings in the area I live is St. Katherine's Ukrainian Orthodox Church. It features five cupolas and is stark white in color. It is beautiful to view on sunny days or with the moon rising in the background or on stormy days. If we end up getting the Vikings' Stadium in Arden Hills, it will be situated directly across from the stadium grounds and certain to get a lot of attention from all the additional traffic.
To find out more about this church, visit their website here:
I'm hopeful that they relocate the Viking's Stadium here. It will bring a lot of excitement and new sources of commerce to this somewhat sleepy community. The Twin Cities Army & Ammunition Plant site is quite beautiful too. Public access has been denied for years, so it is a great use for the space and will finally allow people to enjoy that area. The architectural drawings sure look interesting.
